Our Qingyuan Innovation Laboratory (Chemical Engineering Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory) is a national second-class institution with independent legal personality and a non-profit provincial scientific research institution. There are 14 national and provincial talents, 21 high-level scientific research teams and project groups stationed there, and more than 700 scientific researchers resident in the laboratory park, including 131 full-time scientific researchers and administrators, and more than 400 doctoral and master's degree students. The Advanced Fiber Materials and Technology research team has over 1,000 square meters of laboratories and 2,000 square meters of pilot plaza, mainly engaged in research on advanced fiber materials, highly functional diaphragm materials, porous materials and integrated equipment, and has carried out a wide range of engineering and application research in the fields of environmental protection, hydrogen (new) energy, and textile, footwear and apparel materials. The PPS micro-nano-fiber membrane developed by our Porous Metal company has prepared a new generation of ultra-thin composite diaphragm instead of the traditional PPS screen substrate, which can achieve the double synergistic innovation of high airtightness and low energy consumption, and endowed with the rapid development of alkaline water electrolysis for hydrogen production on a large scale in China.
